  DO NOT order from Pottery Barn online. I ordered furniture in September which was supposed to be delivered today Oct 30). I got a call at 11 a.m. today that the furniture would not be delivered because two of the items were not it. Really? How is this possible? Aren't these things tracked by computer? I just spent a half hour holding on the phone for someone in customer service to pick up. Did not happen. I have no idea how much longer I will be waiting and I have no way to contact customer service. I would NEVER buy furniture from these people again.
