  Called and scheduled appointment for battery replacement. Never was told it was a 4-6 week wait. I have apple-care and was told i could have phone replaced. management and rude tech lady both denied offering replacement even after i mentioned other obvious issues with phone. Apple has gone down and as a shareholder and long time fan I am now considering changing over 15 family phones to samsung. SHAME ON YOU APPLE!!!!

  Excellent service Jason the manager approached me as I must have looked like a deer in the headlights... He referred me to a young associate Alec Alec discussed my issue with my phone did the diagnostics and the fix and transaction lasted less than 1.5 hours as a walk in!!!! Battery issue handled. Thank you!!!!
